Repair of equipment failure
(1) Fault response The telephone service time is from 8:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and the mobile phone is available 24 hours a day. After receiving a call from Party A or a written maintenance notice, our company will designate a technician to respond within 10 minutes and provide a telephone call Guide to judge the fault, and send technicians to the site for repair immediately if it cannot be repaired. When customers have rectification needs for system equipment, such as equipment location change, waterproof and moisture-proof treatment, heatstroke and insect prevention treatment, pre-holiday inspection, drill cooperation, etc., our company will send technical directors to participate in rectification seminars, put forward technical requirements for rectification, and rectification plans After passing, send maintenance personnel to the site to fully cooperate with the customer to rectify the system equipment.
